a new challenge

This month at BizzyBec's Blog the challenge is a recipe,

3 Flowers, 2 Buttons and 1 ribbon

I had this cute paper tole put together so the task was to create the card!

I've used Stampin Up cardstock and paper. The ribbon and flowers were dyed with

SU So Saffron reinker, then sprayed with Glimmer Mist. I've used the beaded oval and the small ovals from Spellbinders. Leaves were cut from a Magnolia Doo Hickey. Ribbon and buttons from my stash and lace from Bizzy Becs.

The card is straight-need more practise with the camera angles!

New adventures

I am involved with several online courses/forums and one I've just started is Art Journal Caravan 2011 at Scrapbookgraphics.com It is a one year digital art journal program with a weekly theme, digital kits, tutorials etc. It's taken a while to sort out the technical stuff but I've managed to post

2 pages. One is my word for the year (better than a resolution) and the second is the week 3 verb "Travel". All supplies are digital kits from Scrapbookgraphics. The Flinders Ranges photo is my own.
